SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE A MOEN SHOWER STOOL & A SHOWER CURTAIN. I DID NOT RECEIVE THOSE. SHOWER ROD INSTALLED TOO HIGH. A REGULAR SHOWER CURTAIN IS TOO SHORT. I HAD TO ORDER A 72 X 80 CURTAIN SO WATER WOULD NOT SPRAY UNDERNEATH A REGULAR CURTAIN. QUITE A LEAK WHERE THE SHOWER HEAD MOUNTS ONTO THE WALL. WHERE THE FLOOR COVERING WAS FLUSH WITH THE OLD BATHTUB - THERE IS A GAP BETWEEN THE SHOWER BASE - NEEDS CAULKING PUT IN THERE TO COVER THE GAP.

I would love to give you a review if the job was done. I am still waiting for competition.l been waiting for about 3 weeks.

Excellant installation but design could have used some customer input, being an engineer myself, I would have ended the run a little further down stream to make it easier to walk up the stairs and around the lift chair.

DAMION was the best, Chris the site manager told us he was professional, but we can't remember the last time someone came into our home and acted so professional. Dameon never took a break and kept working thru lunches. Even when a leak became apparent after the new faucet? showerhead was installed, he remained confident and pulled the wall panels away gently locating then fixing the source of the leak. Cleaning up as he went along and as polite and respectful and friendly as any customer could hope for. We will be recommending this company as they worked within our meager budget as seniors and giving us a quality tub to shower conversion. Imaginable .Thank you, Chris and Dameon... I made a contract with leaf more than a year ago for a stair lift and when the money for my stair lift became available I called them and they were in my home within a few days installing the stairlift The individual that set up my stairlift twas pleasant considered a good teacher gave me some good points and good ideas about my chair and how you could use it and made sure I was comfortable with it.

Great service and quick installation. We have 2 dogs and we were concerned about tgeir hair (from shedding) would get caught in the track Their stairlift was the only one where their hair wouldn’t get stuck with their unique system.

LHSS came on Jan. 13 for their presentation. We were very impressed. Unfortunately, that was the best part until the finished product was completed 3 months later. The start date was supposed to be March 17th and take 2 days. Due to a delay in the door we ordered coming in, that didn't happen. When the door finally came in, one of the workers had a wreck and broke his arm. Another worker was to come the next day, but he had a wreck and couldn't come. When we finally got a crew to come, it was April 11th. When the door (that took forever to get here) was finally installed, it leaked. We called about it and it took 5 days to get someone to come instead of the 48 hours it is supposed to take for a repair. Other than those problems, we are very pleased with the outcome.

Workers did a great job. My complaint is too expensive for finished product, I think most money was for workmanship and the rest for caulk.
