Took longer than i was told 2.5 days. The correct materials were not brought to site. I had to settle on diffrent floor pan because correct one was 2-3 weeks out. A lot of dust was left after job was finished. Shower head that was installed has very low water pressure compared to previous one I had. The team that did work was diligent, and stayed on task. Professional job result. I think issues were with sales giving unrealistic time frame for completion.

Everyone involved with this project was great. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was attention to detail. There are several items that we are just going to live with; had to repaint our bathroom due to paint mismatch, shower door is mounted upside down, different size screws on the inside of the shower and several scratches on the chrome door. Other than these issues the shower looks great and my wife is happy.

Leaf Home was great to work with on my in home lift project. Communication went well and when a problem did arise Leaf Home address it quickly and to my satisfaction. Doug

We are very happy with the installation of two Onyx showers. Shaun the salesman did a good job explaining everything to us. Ed who works for Leaf was very good to work with on ordering all the products to be install. Mark the installer, with his crew, did a wonderful job on the installation. He also did the work in a very timely manner. We would recommend these showers to anybody.

We were very pleased with the installation of our stairlift. The installer was very efficient and knowledgeable. He was on time, worked tirelessly on our installation and so polite also.

Ruben and Carlos, the installers, were EXCELLENT-5-stair! The reason for the 4-star rating overall instead of 5-star was because company staff forgot to call for reminder of confirmation date of installation until I called them to see if it was actually a "go" for date previously set up.

Caleb the installer did an excellent job. We even waited an extra month patiently for the job to be scheduled. They failed to cash the deposit and then asked for to be paid in full. We agreed to pay what we owed but they wanted the deposit to be paid again. When you sent Pat to the company office to collect money he demanded a check right then and there we had first open the doors and was not prepared for that then he threaten to lean the property and sue united mining equipment. At that time he had left and later the basket issued a check and put in the mail that is no way to do business to come and demand money from a business that just opened their doors and did not have a chance to even turn on computers. He was a very rude person to send to try to get money we have no problem paying the money it is the attitude he approached with. As a sales person myself that is not a person you want to represent your company in the field.
