Hi everyone at LEAF. I would like to say my wife had a very serious injury to her leg and will be healing and down for about 6 months. I was in dyer need of a way to be able to get her in and out of our house for future doctors appointments. I called around Erie to talk to someone about getting information and a price about a stair lift chair but to no avail no one got back to me in a timely manner as I needed this now. I found Leaf on Facebook and called, talked I talked to Kevin and he told me he would be in our are the next day and could stop by. I told him to stop thinking well I won’t see him but sure enough he was here, we talked what a great guy he answered all my questions gave me a great price on the spot and I purchased it. The next question was when can you do the install, I was thinking weeks, he told me they will be here tomorrow my head was spinning and once again they showed up on time. The tech had it installed in about 1 hour WOW great job very professional and clean. Total of 3 days from when I called I have been telling everyone around I see if you ever need a product like this Leaf out of Cleveland is the people to call. Respectfully Don E.

While no other companies were able to offer a solution to my bathroom issues in a timely manner, this company did, and completed the job within a week. My shower looks great. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because of pricing I feel was 20%-30% high compared to other options quoted, but they were the only show in town, so I had to accept the cost.

It took a week to finish. Was hours later than when promised to be there.had to do some clean up to mowe grass.

We are pleased with the renovation in our bath. The workers did a good job of getting the work done with minimum disruption. Everything was done to our satisfaction. Lorraine M.

Trouble setting a install date. Workers did outstanding. They kept mess to minimal. Cleaned up after job was completed. Tried to contact scheduler to find out about warranty paper work and other questions but had trouble getting anyone to answer my questions.

Good response to fix the sprout on my bathtub.

Installer did a great job and the walk-in shower is beautiful. It has made taking a shower a pleasurable experience. I love the glass doors.
