Obed did a great job installing our walk-in shower.

Over all got what was expected. Shower spigot was placed too high for my wife to reach. This wasn't caught until they were placing the shower lining. My contract called for walls to be stripped to studs and new green board installed. This wasn't going to be done until I called this out to installers. Supposed to have new underlay and this was not done. I have a large area coming loose already. I would not recommend your company. Will see if issues are fixed.

This was a very pleasant experience for us. The gentleman that came explained the entire process to me. We received a quick installation date and that gentleman made sure we understood how to operate the chair. I wish I would have financed the chair lift so this purchase could have been reported to the credit bureau. We highly recommend this company.

from start to finish, the experience was seamless. every person on your staff was professional. I thoroughly enjoy the walk-in shower. The craftsman who demolished the old tub and replaced it with the mew walk-in shower was truly an artisan. Clean, neat, and quiet. I highly recommend Leaf Home Safety Solutions.

I ordered a shower with mottled grey color to match the decor I was using for my refurbishment of the house. I couldn't be there the whole time, but when I arrived they had already installed the back panel. It was pure white. I complained, the installers looked confused but listened. I had to return to work, but when I came back later the panels had all been installed, but now they were a solid light grey color. I wasn't happy but decided not to fight it. The next day as they finished, they wanted me to sign off and I did a cursory inspection. There was no shower rod. So I did sign off with the statement that they had promised to install the shower rod the next day. That was Wednesday. It was finally installed on the following Monday. When he was there I told him I was not happy about the hole that was too large behind the showerhead. You could see it behind the metal cover. He ran to Home Depot and got another, larger cover to put over the existing one, but did not seal it in any way; it just was loosely placed (I could spin it around.) Since water would easily drain down behind the wall, it needed to be fixed. The installer insisted it would be fine. I had another handyman there who told me not to worry, he would fix it. After the installer left, my handyman neatly epoxied around the fixture to secure it. For the price this shower cost, I would have expected a much better quality of installation. I sincerely hope the quality of the actual shower is much better in the long run. Also, they pulled up part of the flooring around the tub, but after they installed the shower they did not replace it. Just left an area about 4" wide with no flooring. All in all, for a $9000 installation, I certainly expected a complete job when they were done. Cannot recommend.
