Installers were very knowledgeable and helpful...treated my house with respect, cleaning up after the job was done! Very happy with my purchase and the work done.

Very pleased with the final product. The few issues we had were taken care of and resolved to our satisfaction very promptly.

Geraldo & Jay were on time, they laid down tarps to protect the floors & carpets, and were very professional. The first day they tore out all the old shower stuff and prepped the area for the next day install. The second day they were, again, on time. They started right in and had the shower all installed by mid afternoon. They did a good job of cleaning up after, also. Now we have a beautiful, functional, and easy to clean shower.

Leaf should have had a representative to look over the work with us. We were left to deal only with a contractor. I had understood that the walls were to be "paint ready". The shower installation was very good, however the frame-work was very bad. I wpuld grade it as a low "F".

At the sale, I signed several papers with your firm granting me a loan to pay for the balance of the renovation. I gave you the required down payment on my credit card. Upon completion of the work, the company applied the entire balance, over $11,000.00 on my credit card which is 7 or 8 per cent higher in interest than the loan I signed. Thank God I had a high balance card that could accept that kind of charge

The shower is excellent! I didn't realize how much taking out the tub and replacing it with a walk-in shower would make. I just love it. All the renovations that Josh performed have enhanced the value and looks of the bathroom. By the way, Josh went above and beyond our expectations. He had some difficulty with the wiring, but that proved not to be his fault. Our wiring was done by an amateur. We called our electrical people and they said it was more than they could do that day. Josh was quite frustrated by this, but I would like you to let him know that he was not at fault for the problem. Aside from this, Josh did an awesome job. He met all our expectations and more. I am sure we will continue to enjoy this shower and our new bathroom for years to come. Bob and Judy Bushong

Overall we are very happy with the work that was done. Karl and Josh installed our walk-in shower in one day. They were polite, hard-working, experienced and cleaned up after themselves. They explained the steps beforehand and then after they finished their work, they explained how to take care of the shower. The only concern we had, which had nothing to do with Karl and Josh at all, is that we had scheduled and expected someone to come the day before by 9:00 but no one called us by 10:30, so I had to call the company. Luckily it all worked out and the one day delay was not significant. We would recommend this company again, especially Karl and Josh.
