Free batteries
I want free replacement batteries for chair and remote control for free We paid a lot of money for two chairs and we shouldn’t pay any more for any batteries.

Love the Shower and our install went…
Love the Shower and our install went very well. Easy 2 day tear out and install. Follow up for customer service has been quick and they have responded in a timely manner. They went above and beyond to install things that we felt were needed for easy access down the road for plumbing.

My shower is great
My shower is great, but I was disappointed in the contractors who installed it. I informed the person who sold me the shower and the person who came and measured that the subfloor would probably need to be replaced. Sure enough it did. The contractors, Gallaway Pro Flooring & Remodeling, on a Saturday after my tub had been ripped out informed me that I needed a new subfloor. No problem right! They priced it at $4,000 plus cost of materials ($430). It took them 4 hours to install the floor ($1,000 an hour). As a result of this experience I would not recommend you tp anyone as long as you use these contractors.

Shower is in
Shower is in. Job could have been done better. Shower head was cheap. Pipe attached in wall was cheap. Water pressure was low. Home depot I purchased another Shower head $65.00.. Works perfect now. I am the only one at home. There was no other faucets on. Attachment to keep door closed front to Shower faucet is upside-down. Back door to enter would not close all the way. I fixed it. Shower door slanted down. Asked installer to place caulk around inside bottom of Shower. Walls did not touch base. One side was uneven. Apparently a sharpie was used for marking. Not good. Sharpies are hard to remove. Looked great in the beginning, but I noticed defects when I used the Shower. For the amount of money paid I expected better quality of work.
