Product took over a month to deliver and it arrived in a plastic bag. All the boxes inside were crushed. Customer service never picks up and never returns messages.

I never received the ink cartridges I ordered, and paid for. It's been 11 days since I ordered, my account was charged 10 days ago. I have tried to email, to no avail. I called, and was prompted to wait for return call, or stay on line. I tried the "wait" first, (waited 2 hours), called again, and was on line for over 30 minutes only to get a prompt to leave a message. I need the ink, but with this kind of service, I don't need theirs. I want my money refunded, and if they don't take care of this, I'll have to go through my bank to get it resolved. This is unacceptable business practice. I was finally called by an agent. I explained what had happened, and she checked my account. It turns out, the black ink was on back order. Of course they couldn't bother to email me to let me know. I told her I was planning to make Christmas presents that required printing, and I need ink NOW, so just refund my money. She agreed, and said it would take 3 to 5 business days for it to show up in my account. Unbelievable! DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! It's been a nightmare, and now there isn't enough time to get the presents made.

I have ordered from ldproducts.com for years. If I have ever had a problem With a toner cartridge, they have immediately sent out a replacement. I have been well pleased with ldproduct.com. They also ship very fast.

5 toner cartridges shipped loose in a large box. Obvious damage to the product. Wish I could attach pictures. Phone calls never picked up or returned and no response to email.
