I ordered the company's version of black and color ink for my printer. Unfortunately my printer wouldn't recognize that I had the cartridge in it because it was a 2-piece ordeal where the cartridge had to sit inside of a shell to make the full cartridge that goes in the printer. I returned them both because they were of no use to me. I only opened the black ink and never touched the color ink. LD Products only refunded me for the black ink return and not the color ink because they said I returned the wrong ink. I went back and forth with customer service letting them know I returned what was sent to me. When they finally sent me pictures of the cartridges, I was able to visually confirm that those were indeed the same color cartridges they sent me. I knew that because the cartridges were pink. They are the only company that I have ever received pink cartridges from. Rather than admit that they sent me what they are calling the wrong cartridges and refunding me my money, they basically accused me of keeping thier ink (which won't work in my printer) and sending them some other ink. How that makes any sense is beyond me. Why would I PAY MY OWN MONEY to ship you back unopened colored ink that I could be using if it were not indeed the same ink that you sent me? At the end of the day I let them keep the money because I'm not about to stress myself out to continue carrying out a back and forth with you. Terrible service....terrible company. I will never order from there again, and I reccomend that you don't either. I'd rather pay an arm and leg purchasing directly from Cannon for the 2 drops of ink that be in the cartridge, than to order from LD Products again.

I purchased 3 toner cartridges for my HP printer. When I installed the first one, yellow, the colors were all wrong, and not just the yellow but for any color using yellow. Being in the middle of a print project, I had no confidence in any of the colors now. I couldn't wait for replacements, so I had to purchase the OEM HP yellow cart. Put in the HP, color was fine. So, I contacted LD about the defective color problem and a return. Here's their nonsense policy that all should be aware of: yes, it can be returned, but the customer pays the shipping cost back! For a detective unit, you pay to send it back. Went round and round with customer service to no avail. They lost all my business over this.

Don't make the same mistake I did - READ THE REVIEWS before ordering! LD Products sent me DEFECTIVE units and REQUIRE the customer pays to ship them back to get a refund?! That's is unethical and wrong.

I bought a set of LD 260x/261x ink cartridges because the company claims they are compatible with my TR7020a Canon printer. Right off the bat they didn't work but after removing, reinserting etc they finally began to work. After only a few weeks however, the printer stopped recognizing them rendering them useless. I bought genuine Canon cartridges and the printer is working perfectly. Since I only print a few pages weekly, the LD cartridges are virtually full. In addition, I believe the company has removed my purchase receipts from my computer. I've done a thorough search and the order, shipping, and delivery receipts have disappeared.

Worst customer Service ever I tried to buy it, they kept cancelling my order I was on with customer support for many hours. They have a problem where your shipping address can not be your billing address. I talked to support told Fabiola the problem and they just basically told me it is my problem to deal with. They would not help at all no matter what. Genuinely 5+ orders and hours of support. Do not waste your time I know it seems cheaper but honestly I probably spent 10+ hours of my life dealing with this. The federal minimum wage is $7.25 an hour. It would have been worth to pay the extra 50$ to actually get the product.

LD Shipped me a defective toner cartridge and would not replace it because I didn’t install it during the 30-day warranty period.

LD Products should be renamed LD 'Less Desirable' Not-very-Pro ducts. Laser Toner that was advertised to last for 3000 pages faded out before we hit the 400 page mark. We increased the Toner density setting from 300 dpi up to 600 dpi, but that only helped for 50-60 pages, so we again reset the density up to 1200 dpi, which is the highest possible toner density setting available. That only worked for fewer that 50 more pages, and then the so-called 'NEW' toner went almost completely blank. NOTHING hit the paper. THEN, the real issue began. Repeated attempts to contact LD went nowhere immediately. NEVER received a return telephone call, NEVER received an offer to replace their defective merchandise, and we'll NEVER use their low quality, non-functional products again. 1st they supplied their low grade materials, and they they applied their low grade [non-existent] customer service. SHAME ON THEM !!!

I paid extra for quick delivery. They don't tell you that it's not overnight, it's 2 day and not in the AM. My delivery may not be here until evening. I was ordering because my reserve toner from them was no good. When I called they would not do anything for me.
