Ordering was easy but I only received 1 of the 4 ink cartridges that I had ordered AND paid for. I'm assuming that LD had put 4 boxes of ink cartridges into this envelope when they mailed it, but this was a thin flimsy envelope. These cartridges should have been mailed in a box instead of this flimsy envelope. This thin envelope was torn open which left only 1 ink cartridge in this torn open envelope when it was delivered to me. USPS was the service. I am very upset about this.

Getting the cartridge to be "seen" by the printer and the network took a lot of effort. HP sees it as counterfeit. This is HP's marketing scheme to only buy their cartridges.

I am having issues with printer not recognizing the ink cartridges. I have had to discard 2 ink cartridges before I the thirde one worked.
