I am in County Court to try to obtain satisfaction in a claim against a La-Z-Boy dealer. 10 year warranty is a con - only after supplying the suite was I given a card saying that the seating is only for 12 months - How is that any use at all. Will never look at that company again. Seats collapsed, new foam ordered by manufacturer, wrong parts sent to repairer, no apologies. Avoid like the plague.

I wished I had read people's reports before we purchased a Lazyboy recliner settre The guarantee is hipe, not worth the paper it's written on They only honour A MANUFACTURING FAULT Not the arm dropping off, apparantly its an OAP pushing too hard,

Poor quality furniture. Common problems of flaking leather and sagging seats. Customer services put it down to wear and tear even after 3 months. The ten year guarantee isn’t worth the paper it is written on. My advice to anyone is don’t buy a lazy boy. Poor quality and even poorer customer service.

Sadly disappointed regarding our new furniture, delivered 31 Jan, by mid April, electric recliner chair stopped working, in full recline position! Now awaiting inspection by Leekes Store re repair, or replace, this surely shouldn’t happen so soon?

bought a La-Z-Boy corner sofa and chair 17months ago took extra insurance out what I thought was for peace of mind but how wrong was I. my purchase was over £3k and I have a problem with the chair arm sagging and the sofa looks dirty all the time .I have had it professionally cleaned we are out at work all day and we don't have any children contacted insurance company filled out a form 3 weeks later was told its wear and tear without any one coming out to see it. contacted scs where we bought from and they don't want to know all I get is if I pay £60 some one will come out and have a look what sort of after customer care is that . iam now at my wits end with this and no one seems to care now they have got your money. the guy who cleaned it said there is a problem with the fabric and the filling on the chair I feel like getting watch dog involved now

The furniture is not bad at first but then screws start falling out for no discernable reason. The company provide no kit for restoiring scratches and scuffs to the leather. This is entirely beyond their skills. Customer service has no idea about the products they sell. Pathetic service. I cannot find the name of the european CEO. No doubt he wants to hide in shame.

The £4k price tag for 2 sofas makes it even more annoying that after 12months the sofas are now sagging and really uncomfortable. We have been told it’s normal wear and tear. Seen as I have another leather sofa that I have had for 6years and is still fine and was a third of the price makes it hard to swallow what we are being told. I would never buy this brand again, it’s not worth money!!!
