I would like to let you know what fantastic customer service I experienced from Ash when we were faced with a fault in my mother’s remote control for her Harbour Town chair lifter, which she bought several years ago from La-Z-Boy in Lower Hutt. When the remote control started working only intermittently, it became a real safety concern for everyone. As soon as I received the call from the village, I contacted La-Z-Boy and explained the situation to Ash. Ash was incredibly helpful. We really appreciated his friendly, professional, reassuring, and above-and-beyond service. He listened carefully, offered practical solutions, and made the whole process easy and stress-free at a time when we were very concerned. I would happily recommend Ash from La-Z-Boy to others, and I will definitely return in the future.

We met a lovely saleslady Kim Jamer at La-z-boy. She gave us wonderful customer service. She was very helpful, funny and looked after us extremely well. We decided to buy the furniture at La-z -boy because of her. Thank you Kim

Delivery people were fast, efficient, and courteous!

Bought office chair with bonded leather 18 years ago. The chair was easy to assemble and adjust and was very comfortable.The bonded leather looked like new for about 14 yrs of use two to three hours a day when the arm rests started to desquamate, They were easily covered by inexpensive covers and the seat leather lasted a couple of years more. Feel this is excellent durability

Dealing with Lazy Boy has been frustrating, time consuming and they are robbers. Paid them $3200 for sofa, chair and footstool which was to be delivered. Ordered furniture on 10/31/20. It was promised to be delivered in March 2021. Called in March and was told it would take another 5 months. Called in August to see if the furniture was here. Yes it was. On date of delivery two men arrived with furniture. My husband showed them the room the furniture was to be put. Kid started arguing with husband that he could put it there. Kid gave me the option of leaving the sofa where he put it, blocking access to 1/2 of our house or he could return my purchases. My husband tried to work with kids to tell them how it would fit. Kids argued and refused to try. Kids left with furniture. I paid additional money for deliver service. This happened four days ago and Lazy Boy in Sacramento CA is refusing to resolve this matter. I've called on 3 different days and the salesperson Jeff Cable has not even bothered to return my calls. Will never do business with Lazy Boy again aND I have vowed to share this experience with every perspective Lazy Boy customer. I'm now contacting a local TV news company who investigates fraudulent business practices, BBB and the State of California Consumer Affairs.

I did not realize and fully appreciate how great my experience was at Lazyboy until I ordered furniture from Potterybarn. I ordered two custom couches this year from LaZyboy. The staff at North Olmstead, including manager and sales associates were all friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The couches were delivered without incident and within the original delivery estimate! My kids and their friends love the couches as they recline and have charging ports for their electronics on both ends of couches. We lost electricity recently but because I have the battery packs with couches, devices could still be charged. I like the couches because they are stylish. So a win/ win. Thanks LaZyboy and all the good folks at the North Olmstead store. I wish I had gone back to LaZyboy to order the chairs, and not Potterybarn. I will going forward!!
