Many times when shopping online, companies have hidden fees or change the shipping, etc. This was such a pleasant experience. Thanks for the honesty in sales. It was easy to navigate the site and of course, feeling like I received an awesome price makes me want to look at this company for future purchases.

I didn’t like that I did not get the first order discount after I gave my email and number out.

Thank you for letting us know about your experience Marcia. Unfortunately our coupon codes have a few exclusions and typically they are exclusions put in place by our vendors. In this instance the item you ordered is not eligible for the new customer discount. I'm very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. Do not hesitate to reach out to us if you ever need anything else! - The Layla Grayce Team

Very professional, clear communication and follow through. There are so many online furniture shops to buy from, but working with the people here has made all the difference. Assistance has been beyond what I would have expected, and so much appreciated. Terms and pricing have also been fair.

I had a great experience with Megan at Layla Grayce. I have been looking for a particular Caracole chair for three years. I have dealt with Hickory Park and Highpoint and several other vendors that carry the Caracole product line including store visits, on-line inquiries, and phone calls. It took only one phone call to Megan and she returned the call with good news...she found my chairs and confirmed my order. I cannot be more thrilled with Megan and this company. FIVE STARS!!

Not only was our table backordered an extra month, but then I was informed that it was shipping freight and would be dropped off on the curb outside our house, still shrink wrapped and on a pallet, and that I would be expected to break down the pallet, inspect it for damage then carry a 165lb table into our house myself. This was a $3000 table and I did not even get the chance to pay for white glove service which I would have happily done (and when I offered to do that once I realized how it was going to get delivered, I was told that wasn’t possible).

Good Morning Rose, Thanks for your feedback regarding your order. I'm very sorry your delivery experience wasn't what you had anticipated. Looking at your order, I do see that at the time the order was placed, the item was back-ordered with an unconfirmed restock date and it did get pushed back a bit longer than initially expected. Regarding delivery, all of our orders come with free standard curbside delivery. Typically when White Glove services are requested prior to shipment, we have many options to offer our customers. With your case, the shipment was ready to be scheduled for delivery and the carrier did not give us the option to modify the delivery service at that time. My team spoke with the carrier directly asking to change the service to accommodate your request however it was too late at that point. I'm going to try to review some of our processes in hopes that we can ensure this situation doesn't happen again. Please feel free to reach back out to us if you have anything else you would like to share. Regards, The Layla Grayce Team
