Quality of the Four Hands (Indoor) Side…
Quality of the Four Hands (Indoor) Side Table seems to be poor. Even though it is used carefully (and no children in the home), the finish on the top of the table is coming off. Super disappointed as we've been impressed with Four Hands in the past.

Delivery Nightmare
Ordering was easy and delivery was timely. However, delivery was a nightmare. The coffee table was boxed in a massive, extremely heavy box. I was unable to move it from where it was dumped in my house or unpack it because of the weight (likely around 300 lbs). Additionally, I was unable to dispose of the box as my city garbage will not pick up trash of that size. There was no way I could have known this when it was ordered, but as a business you should. You should not allow delivery like this. I will likely never buy from this store again. I have just bought a new home and have bought a significant amount of new furniture. Many of the other businesses I ordered from offer a White Glove service at no cost or at a required cost given the piecej's size/weight. Layla Grace should do the same.

Bad packaging
Rug arrived in bad ripped packaging causing the rug to buckle and crease. The rug itself looks cheap and is unraveling badly on one end.

I was happy they had this product and…
I was happy they had this product and it was shipped quickly, which is always good. The box arrived extremely damaged so that is always an odd experience.

Purchased an antelope wall sculpture
Purchased an antelope wall sculpture. Item was more gold than shown in internet picture and cannot be used where originally intended. Also did not want to return and have to pay shipping and restocking fees. Kept it but will not be ordering anything else ever again.
