We provided a complimentary return label, and a 10% restocking fee was applied in line with our return policy, which came to $40. Hey Amanda, I'm sorry your return experience wasn't up to par. I do see here you submitted a return request on June 30th and we provided return instructions as well as the complimentary return label on July 1st. Reviewing the email communication I see you asked about custom rug sizing, however I don't see anywhere that you were requesting an exchange for a different size as opposed to a refund when we emailed the return details. Again, many apologies if there was a misunderstanding on our side! We do offer to waive the 10% restocking fee if you elect to take a store credit and I would be more than happy to assist with a credit for this amount if you order another size! Good Morning Allison, My apologies for any miscommunication on our side or the carriers. After reviewing your order, I do see that our carrier completed pick-up of your order on February 15th and we typically expect freight shipments to take around 7-10 business days for transit. Looking at the carrier tracking they are estimating the shipment to arrive at the delivery terminal between Feb 22nd and 28th. As soon as it arrives to the delivery terminal, the carrier will contact you to schedule delivery of your order.
