On about March 1st I ordered a piece of furniture online from Layla Grayce. The item, valued in excess of $2,000, arrived very promptly, although it was damaged in transit. I contacted Megan at Layla Grayce and she took care of everything, offering to reorder the item for me or refund my payment. She was professional, prompt and courteous, helpful in every respect. I have had a first rate experience with Layla Grayce and will be shopping on their website in the future.

The customer service rep I spoke to was extremely helpful. The product I ordered was available on several different websites but I decided to purchase from Layla Grayce due to the service I received.

First, shame on me for not shopping better. Purchased the Lily Pond table. Not only was the item priced much better on another website (Franceandson.com) but the gold finish was far from described. It was a dirty brown look and needsto be returned. I have to pay return freight 434.09, restock 69.27 with a refund of 189 on a purchase of almost 700. I will never purchase from them again and suggest others do the same UPDATE management reached out and resolved the issue to my complete satisfaction. Now that’s great customer service! Star rating went from 1 to 4…..
