I found the item i am interested in and received a discount for my first order with Layla Grayce. I called customer service to find out more about the shipping since I an in a different state and the representative was very informative and helpful. She made feel very comfortable with the purchase.

The sofa table is gorgeous and exactly as pictured and as expected. The only reason i have four stars instead of five os because I thought I had the delivery where it was set up in your room of choice. The box was delivered in the room of choice but not set up. In the moment I was extremely disappointed because I really thought the website said it would be set up. It was too heavy for me to do alone

Good Morning Samantha, Thanks for your review and letting us know about your experience. I'm sorry for any confusion regarding your delivery service. You are correct, the Room of Choice delivery only includes the carrier bringing the item inside to the room of your choice. They won't do the unpacking or assembly with that particular service. In the future if you do need those services, you can request the White Glove with Assembly service. I gave the company a review of three due to the mixed feelings I had about the transaction. First, although their website stated the item was in stock, after placing the order I received an email stating it was out of stock. This was surprising since several other retailers had the item available. I do give them credit though for advising me shortly after the order that they would not be able to fulfill it. At least they didn't wait a month or more to disappoint me.

After reviewing your order I see that our warehouse informed us the coffee table had no remaining stock left as we began processing your order. I know this can be very frustrating and I'm sorry for the inconvenience this caused. We do our best to keep our inventory up to date and if there's ever an issue with stock, we ensure options are provided or refunds are issued immediately. In this case, the item was also discontinued so we unfortunately won't be getting any more from Eichholtz and your refund was issued in full.
