My wife and I were looking for a particular sofa and found the very one on the Layla Grace website. We had had no prior experience with the company. To confirm colors, we called the Layla Grayce help line. The company's Operations Supervisor, Kyle, actually answered our call, not a hired-out, off-shore operator repeating written answers to FAQ's with an impenetrable accent. He was tremendously helpful and careful in making sure what he had was what we wanted. It was. And the desired item was on sale for a very attractive price, and we made the purchase through him on the spot. At the end of the call, Kyle asked if we had any more questions for him. We replied that our only questions were to ourselves: why had we not heard of and used Layla Grace before? These folks are the real deal.
