Well packed and better pricing on this item than other sites. Shipping was a little longer but not an issue.

The delivery people left the item…
The delivery people left the item outside my house. It was very heavy and I had to hire someone to carry it to the room it goes in.

All FedEx Ground shipments are delivered to the outside of your home, they are unfortunately not brought inside. I do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Terrible quality
Terrible quality. Bought two white dining room chairs for $2400. The 1st order came damaged. Had to jump through hoops to get it replaced (From China no less). The 2nd order showed up with stains on the chairs. These people drop ship sub standard products, then make you deal with customer service via email. Would never order from them again!

A Cut Above The Rest- Stellar Products and Service
This company is a cut above the rest in customer service and quality products. I have been furnishing an entire home and Layla Grace is the only company that has provided above and beyond services from helping me to coordinate products to making sure I am happy with final looks. Great customer service, happy with the entire process and service
We ordered artwork and it’s beautiful, Exactly what we wanted. The delivery driver was so nice. He opened the box for us to inspect the product before we signed off on deliver. Will definitely be shopping at Layla Grayce again. Also, Lindsay Hickock was amazing with customer service. 5 stars worthy.
