Everything went smooth,purchase, package was perfect also my goods comes as expected my only issue was the delivery didn’t do white glove delivery which I had to unpack and it was super heavily packed to do by my self other than that, everything was perfect!, I definitely recommend Layla Grace!

Our free standard shipping is going to be the delivery service you mentioned, however something to keep in mind for the future, we do offer White Glove service at an additional fee. I absolutely loved the rug I purchased. The rug was too small for my space and I wanted to return for a bigger size. I struggled to find where to go on the website for return. I then received an email saying “here is your return label” and that was not available on the email. It took several days/emails to finally get the return label. I then never received an email saying my rug was back at the facility. My husband opens our checking account and ask Who is Layla Grace? That’s how I found out it was received and they kept partial amount for restocking fee. I did not want to return, I wanted to exchange!!! There process sucks and I do not want to buy again just because of that.

Hey Amanda, I'm sorry your return experience wasn't up to par. I do see here you submitted a return request on June 30th and we provided return instructions as well as the complimentary return label on July 1st. Reviewing the email communication I see you asked about custom rug sizing, however I don't see anywhere that you were requesting an exchange for a different size as opposed to a refund when we emailed the return details. Again, many apologies if there was a misunderstanding on our side! We do offer to waive the 10% restocking fee if you elect to take a store credit and I would be more than happy to assist with a credit for this amount if you order another size! Never really had much interaction with anyone other than the company handling the transport. I will also say that while the rug is beautiful and matches perfectly, I wasn’t prepared for the “off gases.” Kinda smelled like skunk and it wafted throughout our house.
