Excellent customer service
The customer service e with Layla Grace has been wonderful. Initially I had some challenges with the freight carrier but Megan jumped in and made sure my delivery got scheduled and kept in contact either me the entire time. My client is very happy with the console we ordered. I would recommend Layla Grace in the future!

Item arrived Damaged (A hole in the top…
Item arrived Damaged (A hole in the top of table and a broken/bent stablizer. Layla Grace minimized it as a manufacturers defect rather than sending out a replacement.

After speaking with our team, I did review the case and photos provided, this actually wasn't identified as manufacturers defect by our team, but rather a natural part of the piece due to the reclaimed wood materials used. I'm sorry to hear you're unhappy with it and as you mentioned we would be unable to ship a replacement as all of them will have these natural markings because it's apart of the aesthetic. You are more than welcome to return the end table using our complimentary return labels and we would be happy to waive the restocking fees as we don't want you to keep a piece you are unhappy with! - The Layla Grayce Team

Customer service throughout transaction was great. My three stars are due to my purchase being delivered damaged after waiting several weeks to arrive .

Delay in shipping without notice
Promised to be shipped on November 20th. Today December 13th and no shipping notification yet. When I contacted the costumer service they said shipping time is not guaranteed.. such a disappointment because I would’ve ordered the items from a different website with a guaranteed shipping time
