I don't give reviews. Ever. This is an exception because I felt the Customer Service was so outstanding. I went to the website looking for a particular item which I found. Then a "Chat Box" popped up. I communicated and surprised that it wasn't AI but a human. The fellow I 'spoke' to was incredibly helpful. And their quote for my item was unmatched elsewhere. My purchase arrived two days ago. I am extremely happy with their service!! And I am their newest customer/fan!!!!... BRAVO, LAYLA GRACE!!

Layla Grayce has been fabulous to work with. I had an issue with a console table that was delivered and they were very quit to respond and resolve the problem. I would definitely order from them again.

Product Damaged, Poor Quality
Product arrived damaged. The quality of the coffee table for the amount of money we paid, was cheaply made and awful.

I was happy they had this product and…
I was happy they had this product and it was shipped quickly, which is always good. The box arrived extremely damaged so that is always an odd experience.

Great coffee table
Out coffee table was shipped quickly and well packaged. It was exactly as pictured and described. There was excellent communication. I would definitely order from Layla Grace again.
