Love my sofas!!! They are comfortable and gorgeous!! White glove service can’t be beat!

Best customer service! We had a problem with one of our nightstands when delivered (no fault of LG) and Layla Grayce was top notch to work with. They coordinated all of the replacement details and communicated through the entire process and advocated for us. We have gotten our replacement and love our nightstands! We would 100% use Layla Grayce again to purchase items for our home

The delivery was on time and done carefully, white glove, but the actual piece had some black spots that were not fortunate. Layla Grayce Customer service (Amber) was excellent. She actually answer my call. She understood the problem and communicated with me my options. Even though the manufacturer wouldn’t replace saying the black was a part of the stone table (beware), Amber at Layla Grayce was very communicative and understanding offering full refund. She and Kyle solved the issue offering options and we are extremely happy with Layla Grayce. Beautiful pieces and selection of quality furniture. We were impressed! Thank you!

I needed just one chair from Bernhardt and they were able to get me my chair. They had a great sale and shipping and tax was free. They did a great job!!

My table base was delivered with defects. Thank goodness I paid for white glove delivery otherwise I would not have been reimbursed. The two people who made the delivery were very kind and professional

Great experience. I ordered a Caracole sofa from another online vendor and after waiting 7 months for delivery I cancelled the order. I then found the same sofa for hundreds less on the Layala Grayce website and it was delivered (white glove service) in less than 2 weeks! All seamless. Look forward to ordering from LG again soon!
