Desk Purchase
The product we purchased (desk) arrived in immaculate condition, and the White Glove uncrating and assembly plan was well worth it. After the delivery company had scheduled and postponed two delivery appointments, I called Layla Grace and they intervened promptly with the company to facilitate scheduling a firm date and time. In the end, the product and the assistance by Layla Grace made for a very satisfying experience.

Said 30 day returns
Said 30 day returns. Just didn’t highlight that it’s at your return expense which is half the price of the item and 10% restock fee. So I kept the item even though I didn’t love it.

Because these pieces ship with specialized freight carriers, there are significant costs involved in transporting them back to the warehouse. While we’re unable to cover those fees on our end, we always provide a quote for return shipping and you’re welcome to arrange your own carrier if that works out better for you.
