Very pleased with product and service
The sofas were even nicer than expected. I was very nervous ordering online, sight unseen. Communication about delivery was very good.

Frustrating experience
This has been an incredibly frustrating experience. The bed came delivered without any hardware/nails, so it wasn't able to be assembled. We've now waited an additional 1-2 weeks and still haven't received an update on when the hardware will arrive. The team also did not give much support or empathy given this has caused us to sleep on the floor until we are able to get the bed frame assembeled. Not a great experience.

Hi Alyssa, I'm very sorry for the frustration this has caused. Receiving a bed without hardware is incredibly inconvenient, and we understand how difficult it’s been to not be able to assemble it. The parts for this item ship directly from the manufacturer, and it looks like the parts are expected to leave the warehouse today. I also reviewed our communication, and while our team did apologize and try to keep you informed, it’s clear you felt unsupported — and we’re genuinely sorry for that. Quick shipping
The items I ordered came quickly. My only complaint is that I ordered a heavy dresser and shipping is to the door only. I didn't see a spot where I could choose white glove delivery inside of the house. I would have preferred that.

We do offer in-home delivery for heavier pieces, and we actually sent over an email before your order shipped with the option to upgrade — but it’s very easy to miss, and I can see how it may not have been clear on the site.
