The Rowe slip sofa I ordered in a certain fabric was no longer available but Amber at Layla Grayce let me know immediately the options I had available including a full refund. I love the sofa so I did not want a refund. Amber was very patient as I ordered fabric samples two different times to get the perfect color. Turns out my Terracotta color was available but in a better fabric which I loved. I was glad to pay the difference in price but they still gave me the original sale price and free shipping even though it took me a month to decide on fabric. Thank you for your patience!
