Great Pouf found again!
Loved the pouf which I originally purchased at NFM in the summer for use outside on our porch. We loved it so much that we wanted another for our living room. It took quite a bit of searching online before I discovered Layla Grace. I couldn't believe you were in Lawrence. We're in KC. We're recovering the second pouf to go with our living room furniture and are all excited to get this completed so we have one for inside in the winter and another to use outside in the summer. I'm curious if your shop in Lawrence is open to the public?

Pretty but lumpy
The Ziva runner is very pretty and true to the online photo. It arrived with an extremely musty, old odor. It must have been rolled up in a warehouse for a very long time, it has large lumps/humps that have not smoothed out after several weeks of being unrolled. I would appreciate suggestions on how to eliminate the humps.

Hey Amy, Thank you for taking a moment to leave us a review and mentioning these issues with the rug you received. I'm so sorry the rug arrived with the issues you've mentioned, that's certainly not what we want to hear. Typically in these situations the best course of action would be to notify our customer service team of any concerns so we can be sure to report them to the manufacturer and find the best course of action from there. I am notifying our team of your review and will have them reach out to you! - The Layla Grayce Team

The product was of high quality and beautifully made.It was exactly as portrayed. What I really liked is how they continued to inform me timely of it's arrival due date. Well worth the wait.

I’ve never had better customer service
I’ve never had better customer service. The fact I can call and a person picks up not a robot… amazing. Never change this! The woman I spoke to was amazing and so helpful. And the fact I’m getting it replaced with white glove delivery, so thankful!

Thank you so much for the kind review Lauren! I am very glad to see Megan was able to help you out with the shipment issue. We try our best to make that process as seamless as possible because we know how frustrating it can be when you don't have proper support from the retailer you choose. We absolutely will always be sure to have a person available to speak with on the phone, we know how important that is to our customers! - The Layla Grayce Team

Hey Marie, Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that this experience left you feeling disappointed. In this case, the item was price matched at the time of purchase and later returned because it wasn’t the right fit for your space. We provided a complimentary return label, and a 10% restocking fee was applied in line with our return policy, which came to $40. We always try to be as fair and transparent as possible, and we understand that return-related fees can still be frustrating even when they’re clearly outlined. Your feedback is appreciated and will be taken into consideration as we continue to improve the experience for our customers. We do truly wish you the best moving forward and appreciate you giving us a try. - The Layla Grayce Team

Great UX! Competitive Prices.
Buying online is challenging, especially for higher dollar items. Most retailers have the same UI. So what’s the difference with Layla Grace? For me it was being able to speak 1:1 with someone who was able to explain the product characteristics that goes beyond brand marketing gibberish; it made sense, e.g., this fabric is soft. Secondly their shipping communication was timely & focused. Note, I’m a bit biased because simultaneously I had ordered a similar chair from another vendor & the UX wasn’t close. Thanks LG!
