Hi, Rich! Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand how important fair compensation is to your business, and we're sorry that your experience with job payouts and overgrowth requests has been disappointing. We want providers to feel confident about the jobs they accept and know that requests for additional compensation are evaluated fairly. Our team is reaching out to you via email to provide further clarification on how job payouts are determined, pricing transparency, and our overgrowth review process. We'd also welcome the opportunity to revisit any specific requests you feel may not have been handled appropriately. We appreciate the work you do as a LawnGuru provider and the opportunity to address your concerns directly.

Hi, there! Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We're sorry to hear that the quality of your lawn care declined after a new provider took over midway through the summer. We understand how disappointing it must have been to see your grass left taller than expected and noticeable mower tire marks across your yard, especially when you had already raised concerns about the work. Your feedback should never leave you feeling unheard, and we apologize if your previous concerns weren't properly addressed. While we're glad you found our pricing reasonable, we recognize that consistent, quality service matters just as much. We'd appreciate the opportunity to review your experience and explore options to improve your future services, including your provider assignment. Please reach out to our support team at [email protected] so we can look into your concerns more closely. We value your feedback and hope to earn back your confidence in LawnGuru.
