I have sent NUMEROUS EMAILS stating you sent the wrong product and no one had tried contacting me. I think you suck poor way to get business. I paid alot of money and received the wrong product Error on your part not mine. Enjoy your your stupidity!

We sent a prepaid postage label via e-mail for the return of this item. Once we have received and processed the item, a refund was issue to your original form of payment. Everything will be easy with our good communication, we offer a full time customer service representative assisting customers with questions and service related problems at 877-319-7683 or even better return or exchange are accepted on our own web site no questions asked. The package got to me on time and it was soo cute!! I thought they were going to be plastic bottles but they were glass which is even better! It was packed nicely too!...

Wine selection & price were good
Wine selection & price were good, shipped reasonably quickly. The website looks to still be very much under construction. Account creation and tracking were unwieldy.

Fast... but expensive
Very fast service and delivery before I even expected it! Packaging was also excellent. However, their price markups are enormous, so you have to really not be able to find that item elsewhere.

Here you can find just the right wine or liquor at a surprisingly low prices, however we're not set up to compete on price with your local store. If you can buy it there for less we encourage that!
