Too fast to ship and to the wrong address........
After a phone call to make sure they would ship my order till the 26th of February or later they shipped it 10 days too early. As soon as I received notification the order shipped early I call to have them change the delivery address to the address I was staying. This was the same day it shipped. Nevertheless, it shipped to my original address. I am not happy.

The item I received was not what I…
The item I received was not what I ordered. Simple. I only bought from this store because they advertised a Cava that I couldn't find elsewhere. They substituted a brut that I could have gotten from a local shop. I doubt it was a mistake. I think the retailer didn't care enough to email me and inform that the item was not available. The staff just shoved something close into a box and mailed it.

30 DAY RETURN AND CANCELLATIONS POLICY We monitor our inventory to provide accurate information on the products we offer. If an item arrives and is not what was specified in the listing, buyer is expected to notify the seller immediately upon which the item will be replaced . We will gladly accept your return within 30 days of the original purchase and we shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the full amount of the charge. Broken seal and cap...
The bottle of brandy I ordered arrived with a broken cap, broken seal, and dried, sticky brandy around the outside of the bottle. The brandy is good but it would have been nice to receive it unopened. Better packaging could have prevented this.

In order to process claims, La Vinotheque requires that the customer who received the delivery return all damaged products at the direction of La Vinotheque, we will make the arrangements for the delivery company to pick up the damaged items. Please understand that if you do not return the damaged products, La Vinotheque may not be able to provide you with the refund.

Item on website was different than received
The bottle on their website was different than the one shipped to me. When I called customer service the reason was "they were out of the original package" but still is the same bottle. It was a gift so I wanted specifically that one. Sending it back was a mission since I had to pay for packaging. If you do not have what's on your website then just say out of stock dont send something different.
