Please note that the laws as to whether or not we can ship hard liquor to many states are constantly changing. We're not set up to compete on price with your local store. If you can buy it there for less, we encourage that! We will gladly accept your return within 365 days of the original purchase for any reason. SUPPOSE WE REFUND YOUR MONEY SEND YOU ANOTHER ONE AT NO CHARGE CLOSE THE STORE AND HAVE THE MANAGER SHOT WOULD THAT BE SATISFACTORY? CUSTOMER SERVICE MEME

I ordered three items and got two.
I ordered three items and was charged for all three. Two items arrived, and I had to contact customer service to find out that the third item was not available. It took a while for the refund to my credit card to appear. Communication was not all I would have hoped it to be.
