Don’t do it unless you’re 100% sure you will be keeping the dress you receive mashed into a plastic bag. The ability to return is AWFUL! This is a no return company! I will edit -you can return, but it will cost you more to return than the dress is worth. Got to love this- they just offered me 40% refund if I took down the negative review. Unreal- not buying me off. BEWARE people and read the fine print.

I ordered a dress and it was just what I wanted. The fit was perfect. The length (cause I'm short) was a little long but had it tailored. Loved it!! Would recommend to anyone looking for that perfect dress.

The dresses are beautiful! Those have lovely pockets which bridesmaids need to support the brides! Sometime online stores show different colours but these dresses were exactly same colour on the website.

Excellent quality and phenomenal service! I ordered 4 bridesmaids dresses and needed them urgently, I contacted them by email and they answered all my questions promptly and made sure my order was shipped quickly. I paid for express shipping, so it arrived within a week, but I recommend ordering ahead of time for peace of mind. When we received them we couldn't believe how beautiful they were, they are just as they appear in the photos on the website and better. The quality of the fabric and lining is excellent, and we loved that we could add pockets. You can also customize the size, length and type of back closure but due to time constraints we were hesitant to do so. I definitely recommend it highly and will shop here again when I have another event.

Such a scam!!! Dress is totally cheap and came crumpled and already ripping… when you ask for a refund, they only offer you partial and then tell you to ship the dress back to China.

Absolutely fantastic!! My dress came earlier than expected. It fit's great. the only thing i had to do was hem (which i knew i would and can do myself). The communication was awesome. very professional. I will definitely be ordering again for a wedding next year. Thank you Lavetir!!

I absolutely do NOT recommend this site to anyone. I had two of my bridesmaids order dresses through this site, and they both ordered sky blue. They ordered 3 days apart from one another. Of the dresses that arrived, one is the correct color, the other is not. I pointed this issue out to Lavetir, and they never once acknowledged that the dresses are two different colors or that this is their own fault. Their return/refund policy is awful, and their customer service is even worse. The lack of professionalism, common courtesy, and any type of decency is disturbing. They have completely ignored several points I've brought up, and flat out not replied to my emails at times. Their phone line is a joke - both my bridesmaids and I tried to call several times and nobody ever answered or returned our calls. I couldn't tell you a single positive thing about my entire experience here.
