The customer service replied to me promptly and tried to answer all the questions about the dress I was interested in. We, the choir group, ordered the dress for our 30 members, it is so pretty, great quality, has fast shipping, and good price. I highly recommend this seller.

First and most important thing that they have a great and fast customer service, very helpful, nice, and they will go through every detail with you to make sure your happy. Delivery on time even tho i had asked them to make a lot of changes on my dress but they still managed to finish it and deliver it on time. Material of the dress and the dress is amazing. I literally love everything about the dress, company and stuff. I wish you all luck, definitely will purchase from you guys again. It’s highly recommended:)

I have bought 2 dresses from you with minor custom alterations and the dresses were perfect, exactly as pictured and true to color. Your communication was great and turn around time was amazing for a custom order. I was skeptical at first, but will definitely be ordering again in the future.

The dress is absolutely beautiful! My step daughter wore it for our wedding and she looked beautiful. I went by the measurements given and it fit perfectly. As a bonus, it was the exact color of the wedding. Well packaged and a great price.

I ordered too big and asked if I could return and order another. They made this incredibly difficult, response times were poor and they were highly unprofessional within responses, referring to me as ‘emotional’ and making promises of a full refund and then back tracking to 20% refund. They would not give me the return dress in any other messages either. They kept asking me what I wanted to do - despite I had made it very clear right from my first message. I of corse have proof of all of this. Having said that, the dresses are good quality.
