I ordered a beautiful gown for my granddaughter’s formal wedding. I sent my measurements so the gown would fit perfectly without the need for additional cost alterations. When the gown arrived it was much too large and would take considerable alterations to make it fit. I explained my situation in several back & forth e-mails. I was extremely pleased to receive a full refund and told to keep the dress. Lavetir worked with me to make things right!

The dress I bought was beautiful but too small - the "uk sizes" are not uk sizes! I asked to swap the dress rather than get my money back - being kind- as I liked the dress even if it would arrive too late now for the event I originally wanted it for. I paid £68, they offered to refund me £44 if I paid to post it to China, lied and wrote that it was only worth £40 to avoid customs... or I could keep my unwearable dress and get 25% off a new order. Like you'd order anything from them again! DON'T BUY FROM THIS DISREPUTABLE COMPANY

I ordered my dress and was contacted very quickly regarding my order. One of their stylist reached out to me and I gave her my measurements. She listened to my need and let me know that they could make the dress according to my unusual measurements. I went ahead and left a tip, especially because the dress was so reasonably priced, I wanted to make sure the seamstress got a little more. I didn’t need the dress until the beginning of September but it had already come in. I tried it on, which had a little bit of an odor as all new clothes of this material does and it aired out quickly. The first thing I noticed was the great quality of the dress and professional stitching. I tried on the dress and they made it exactly to what I asked them to. Now I wished I had the ability to tip even more! Please make sure to tip these tailors! I was a little nervous at first but so glad I got this gorgeous bridesmaid dress. Be sure to double check colors too. The color was a little different which can be hard to tell online. What a gorgeous dress and please thank my tailor! Thanks for such great service to the stylist.

I am 5'11" plus size, oddly shaped bodied, woman. I never thought I would be able to find such a beautiful dress that could be customized to my exact size. Lavetir even contacted me when I made a mistake on my measurements and made myself almost a foot taller. Oops! Now I will dance with my son on his wedding day in a gown that I feel beautiful in, which is not an easy task for me! Thank you so much!

Did not fit properly,

Leaving an honest review, I was pretty nervous about the dress I ordered for my daughter for the event happening next week, if the dress would be worth the party, i was not sure about the quality and size. As I received my package today, I was in just “WOW” the dress was stunning, color, size, embroidery work, length, everything went perfect. My husband didn’t believe it for a while. My daughter worn it at the spot. I loved every detail of it and I definitely would recommend and continue my shopping from this website. The other think I like about it is the customer service was brilliant, I did left a note about my daughter’s height and they reached out to me the same night. And they helped me until my package received a week before the event which was surprising to me. I’m happy from my order and their customer service. Thank you lavetir.
