I ordered two MOG gowns. The shipping time was reasonable. One gown was not as expected based on their photo. The material itself was not a knit as described thus did not drape well and lacked the elegant look portrayed by the photo. The other gown was beautiful in material and design but the underarm sleeve cut was so tight that I feared a ripped seam with any reaching. It made the dress uncomfortable to wear and with lace sleeves, this cannot be altered without using a gusset. I attempted to return both dresses and was offered: keep the dresses for a 22% partial refund ( later increased to 28%), return with a 34% restocking fee plus shipping to China (USPS estimated $75-100) AND final decision for refund not given until their receipt and inspection, 20%cost of alterations (not possible), or 35% coupon for a new order. After the restocking fee and shipping, I would recover only approximately $115 of my $300 purchase. Additionally, Lavetir's policy concerning dresses ordered in colors other than those pictured raised concerns about whether my return would ultimately qualify for a refund after their inspection. Orders of another color are considered to be custom orders, which they state are unreturnable. Rather than risk additional shipping expenses and possible rejection of the return, I accepted Lavetir's offer of a 28% refund to keep both gowns. I will take them to a consignment shop. I encourage prospective customers to read the return and restocking policies carefully, particularly the provisions concerning color selections, before ordering. I will never order from Lavetir com again

I ordered a dress for a wedding with my personal measurements, How great to have a dress made right to size! No alterations needed!

I ordered a dress with minimum time to the event. Levetir answered all my email questions immediately and the dress arrived in time. I was impressed by the quality of the dress and it fit perfectly. The overall experience was outstanding. I highly recommend them and would use them again.

worst return policy ever. I used the measurement chart on their site which was inaccurate because I received a dress 2 sizes too large. Their return policy is absurd by only offering a small % refund back and a return fee. Also, not to mention the $400 for customs to send back to China for an $80 dress. Never again. very sad

I loved that I could send in my own measurements at no additional cost. I was between sizes and they would have been too long. My dress came on time and fits perfectly! I don't need any tailoring! It's just as beautiful as the picture. The color is gorgeous! The quality is amazing. I am so happy with my purchase!

I ordered a “Mother of the Bride” pantsuit from Lavetir. Wasn’t sure of what size to get so I ordered a “custom fit” purchase at no extra charge. I just received my pantsuit the other day and I love it. The color, the material and the workmanship is A+. It fits perfectly and looks exactly as they advertise. I received my order within a couple of weeks as promised. No issues whatsoever. Communication with this company is amazing. I highly recommend using Lavetir for your next formal celebration. I look forward to my next Lavetir order

In spite of the company saying they accept returns You have to pay return shipping to China which is $100. Then the dresses get sent back to you 3 months later without making the exchange. My return authorizations were RMA L9562702 for $179.99 and RMA L9562682 for $199.98and they were sent to Lavetyir Returns, 1 Don #202 Yinmdu Shangye Guangchang. Gusu District, Suzhou City 215000 Jlangsv Provine, China, and I took them to the post office and mailed them at great expense and they were actually sent BACK to me 3 mos. later. Numerous emails back and forth with Lavetir, they do Not keep their word about a refund. They said "keep the item and reorder with a discount of 10% with a coupon. Buyers are responsible for return shipping!! No exchange. No refund. Buyer beware.

I was desperate to find a nice dress for my mom, so I decided to give Lavetir a try. Unfortunately, the whole experience was disappointing. Canceling my order was difficult. I requested cancellation before the order was shipped, but they shipped it anyway. When the dresses arrived I was disappointed with the quality, fabric, fit, and patterns. Some of the items honestly didn’t seem like they should have passed quality control. For the price, I’ve seen much better quality, fabric, and patterns at Macy’s, Bloomingdale’s, or David’s Bridal. What frustrated me even more was the return process. Lavetir wants to deduct a 43% restocking fee from my refund which I think is extremely high. Even a 25–30% fee would be more understandable. I really wanted this order to work out, especially because I was just trying to find something beautiful for my mom. Unfortunately, it didn’t!
