Returning the dress was impossible.
I bought a dress despite the negative reviews because the price was lower than the competitors. It was a gamble, and I lost my money. Dress: the dress was ok (the built-in braw was misplaced and defective, but overall was wearable). The size was too small even though I chose a size above what I normally wear. Their size chart is really small. Return: I asked to return the dress and was informed that the restocking fee plus the shipping costs would exceed the cost of the dress (because their storage is in China). So I got a refund of 20% of the dress price, which essentially covered the purchase shipping costs. I would not recommend this store because it is very difficult to get their size right, and there is no return policy.
