worst return policy ever. I used the measurement chart on their site which was inaccurate because I received a dress 2 sizes too large. Their return policy is absurd by only offering a small % refund back and a return fee. Also, not to mention the $400 for customs to send back to China for an $80 dress. Never again. very sad

In spite of the company saying they accept returns You have to pay return shipping to China which is $100. Then the dresses get sent back to you 3 months later without making the exchange. My return authorizations were RMA L9562702 for $179.99 and RMA L9562682 for $199.98and they were sent to Lavetyir Returns, 1 Don #202 Yinmdu Shangye Guangchang. Gusu District, Suzhou City 215000 Jlangsv Provine, China, and I took them to the post office and mailed them at great expense and they were actually sent BACK to me 3 mos. later. Numerous emails back and forth with Lavetir, they do Not keep their word about a refund. They said "keep the item and reorder with a discount of 10% with a coupon. Buyers are responsible for return shipping!! No exchange. No refund. Buyer beware.

I was desperate to find a nice dress for my mom, so I decided to give Lavetir a try. Unfortunately, the whole experience was disappointing. Canceling my order was difficult. I requested cancellation before the order was shipped, but they shipped it anyway. When the dresses arrived I was disappointed with the quality, fabric, fit, and patterns. Some of the items honestly didn’t seem like they should have passed quality control. For the price, I’ve seen much better quality, fabric, and patterns at Macy’s, Bloomingdale’s, or David’s Bridal. What frustrated me even more was the return process. Lavetir wants to deduct a 43% restocking fee from my refund which I think is extremely high. Even a 25–30% fee would be more understandable. I really wanted this order to work out, especially because I was just trying to find something beautiful for my mom. Unfortunately, it didn’t!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!If I could give this zero stars I would. I bought two mother of the bride dresses (thinking I could just return them easily if needed and I needed to) boy was I wrong! I contacted the company because the dresses that I received were not accurate according to the website description. Amongst a few more things that were just awful about the dress. Went back and forth with the company through many emails. I felt like they were playing “Let’s make a deal” with me. They came up with all kinds of excuses and different percentages they would offer me, but never a full refund. I finally contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges. Save yourself the hassle but your formal wear in an actual store.

Very poor customer support at Lavetir . I ordered two mother of the bride pant suits on February 9 for my daughter‘s wedding in Jamaica. I paid for expedited shipping on both orders.. They promised they would be delivered before March 5. I could not get anybody to respond to my emails. When they had not been delivered by March 5, I canceled the orders and asked for them not to deliver any packages because I would already be gone to Jamaica.. we did not leave to Jamaica until March 12 and they still had not been delivered. I only had a few days to buy two more pantsuits for the wedding. When we came back from Jamaica, their two pant suits were still on the front porch after I canceled the order.. I asked for a refund on the two pant suits because I didn’t need them anymore. They offered me to keep the pantsuits and they would give me 20% of the value of the pantsuits. Both pantsuits totaled about $400.. they would not offer me a return label for me to ship them back. I had no idea that these pants suits were shipped from China and the cost of returning them was outrageous.. that’s when they start answering my emails over 55 emails going back-and-forth with this company was a nightmare . I disputed the charges with my credit card company and sent them the emails back-and-forth from Lavetir for the investigation. It is now three months after the wedding and I’m still not getting any results with this company.. it’s a good thing I disputed with my credit card company because after the investigation, I did get my money back finally. For all the young brides to be., please beware of this company.

Ordered a $170 dress. Color and fit were off. Tried to contact them several times. Finally got a response after I opened a case through PayPal. I only got a 20% refund ($33.99). I would definitely advise against ordering anything from them!

I ordered a dress and a wrap. The dress had lace applique. The dress was in wisteria. I ordered a wrap to go with it. The wrap the dress and the lace applique were 3 different colors. None of it matched. When I tried to return they said there was a 28% restocking fee plus you had to pay for shipping to return it to China. So I would get less than half of my money back. I would add a picture if I could so you could see how awful it was. I saw your reply the differences were NOT subtle. Anyone would be embarrassed to be seen in the outfit.

Terrible company. Ordered three dresses and all are huge. Asked for return and replacement of dresses and they said dresses are made to order, so returns aren't possible. Buyer beware
