Dress sizes are not as advertised on the size chart! I ordered 4 dresses and none of them fit my bridesmaids. Some of the measurements were 7inches too small based off the size chart and they still blamed me by calling it a ‘fit issue’. All items were defective and yet they still did not give me the full refund they promised in their policy for ‘defective items’. I urge you not to use them as they are poor quality and poor fitting. They would only offer 60% refund for their mistakes.

I ordered custom size dresses and they fit my bridesmaids perfectly! There was a slight issue with delivery. But this was not the Lavetir’s fault. The courier delivered to the wrong address. Customer service was very helpful and quick to respond to my queries. Great experience and very happy with my purchase.

Bridesmaids dresses sizes are awful. I ordered them based off of the size guide and my dress showed up 7 inches too small and some how they are blaming me for that. They are now ignoring my emails to help sort this.

Dress received was not the dress advertised. Dress was too big and wrong color. It also had a horrible odor which didn't completely come out after dry cleaning. They offered $31% refund even though I paid $100 for alterations that couldn't get the dress to look as advertised. I wish I was able to post pics...that way people could see what I'm saying. I was so excited but ended up being extremely disappointed. Ordered on 27th received on 16th with express shipping!

Would give no stars if could. Dress fame pulled and dresses are not uk sizes they are way to small. When asked if I could return the only offer part payment of dresses. If you want a return you have to pay 79.99 again for shipping. It is a scam company Donot use

I paid £25 extra for 3 to 6 day delivery it’s now 14 days and no sign of the dress. No reply to my request of a refund of the £25 as they have broken the contract. Sill no dress and they message saying I need to track it to find out where it is. When you pay up front it seems like buyer beware as they have your money and don’t acknowledge your concerns.

I ordered a dress 3 weeks before my event where I know I will be the prettiest bridesmaid ever. because the fabric is beautiful, it feels high quality and without details, it is exactly my size and makes my body look beautiful. And besides, it's super, seriously, super comfortable. I know I will have a night looking beautiful and feeling comfortable to dance and eat without worries. Thanks for the service, highly recommended

If you are going to buy any dress from this place make sure to size up like 2 more sizes at least. They are not true to size at all and the size chart is incorrect. They do not refund you and basically give you the option to return the dress and only make back less than half the value of the dress and you have to pay international shipping cost which is expensive to china. Or you get refund even less back from the dress but you keep it . Or you keep the dress and get a 35% coupon code. They do not care about their clients they only care about making money. The quality is ok?? I mean it’s fine the details aren’t very good at all and the dress wrinkled inside bc of the way they sew the inside garment of the dress. Never get from this company it’s more of a hassle. Horrible customer service. If I had known this terrible return policy I would’ve never bought the dress. Especially since the size chart is wrong.
