Laurel Road has been nothing but top notch since I refinanced. It is super easy to use and the customer service is the best of any refinance company I looked at. Ultimately the timely communication led me to choose Laurel Road and I have been nothing but satisfied.

Laurel Road saved me from thousands of dollars in interest. Their application process was quick and easy, and they were the only company that didn't require me to have a cosigner! I hated seeing my interest accumulate daily through Nelnet and my interest rate was substantially higher with Sallie Mae. Laurel Road cut my interest in half and approved my loan so fast! So glad I refinanced through them.

Application process was pretty smooth. I did have to wait on my previous lender for the payoff amount which caused the amount to be innacurate by the time the amount was paid. I had to make a few small payments to cover the last of the previous loan.

The online application was very easy to complete. Customer service was very helpful. Approval time was exceptional. Rates were great too!
