I went from owning salliemae 1000/ month to 240/month to laurel road the application was easy, the required upload documents did take some time.. for me to obtain, then about a day for them to verify. all took about 16 days to be approved

The entire refinancing experience was super smooth and stress-free and was approved very quickly. My only 'issue' is that my loan is serviced by a different company so I did have some trouble getting documents. Otherwise this has been by far the best experience I've had with a loan company ever!!!

The process was simple and organized. I never even had to speak with anyone on the phone, it was seamless. I wish I would have done this years ago but happy to be saving money with a fixed interest rate!

Very easy and quick process. I was dreading the consolidation/refinance experience, but Laurel Road made it easy. I liked that everything was online and very clearly laid out.
