I experienced no issues and any time I had a question, customer support was excellent and supportive on the phone. I am glad I chose Laurel Road for my loan consolidation and definitely recommend them for those unsure of where to start.

I feel the whole experience went very smooth! The customer service was great and the website was very user friendly. The only complaint I have is the lack of the ability to change the date of my FIRST payment. The timeline did not work in my favor. I ended up making a payment to my prior loan company and then just a couple weeks later made a payment to Laurel Road. Living paycheck to paycheck, that was very hard on my finances. I reached out to Laurel Road as soon as I noticed this was going to happen, and they said there is nothing they could do.

My brother was willing to help me out as a cosigner so I did a lot of research on what would be the best company for both of us. Everything was clearly laid out and now I am able to pay off credit card bills and have one lower payment. I am very thankful!
