The Rep stayed on the line with me as I called my bank and explained to them the issue I was having and which department we needed to speak with. I appreciated his willingness to stick it out for the conference call.

My Troubles Trying to setup a cosigner for my loan was an absolute nightmare. Also when trying to get some straight answers for the variable rates on my offer, it took hours of online chat with 2 different specialists that had no idea what I was asking, with spelling it out very carefully, eventually just referred me to call someone and gave me the answer in a couple minutes of asking the say exact thing.
