Last Minute TravelReviews of lastminutetravel.com

I will never use this website again I used it to book a a hotel they charged me $277 and I also got hit with that $8.62 International fee charge. I get to the hotel and they tell me that the total was only 219. I've made numerous attempts to try and contact last minute travel to no avail. I also had issues with the room I stayed in and because last minute travel uses their virtual credit card and not mine I am unable to get a refund for the room that was messed up. This was a horrible experience and I would not advise anyone to ever use this site it's a rip-off and in my opinion a scam now I am trying to fight with the bank to get them to give me the difference from what I was charged and the actual price of the room

Made reservation and with in 5 mins it had been cancelled I called to look into it and they said money was refunded but than someone told me they couldn't refund it. They also had told me that there had been unverifiable info with my card and what I had put on the website which was incorrect, went thru 4-5 representatives and none of them did not in any way to try to help me , got nothing but run around I was transferred to accounting and than once again no help hadn't even finished my conversation than was put on hold than next thing I know I'm being transferred in to someone else. Needless to say going thru this mess and trying to take care of it took me about 3 hours and nothing was resolved. I called my bank and they told me there's no reason the reservation should have got cancelled or have any info that was unverifiable, I had funds in my account and all my info was good with my bank but they still had no explanation that even made since. Nothing ever did get resolved. They clearly didn't seem to care that this issue get resolved. Following up with bank to make sure funds are back into my account but as of rn nothing has been refunded back on my card. So be very careful when booking with this website I wouldn't recommended it.

I accidentally booked a return flight for 1 month and 3 days after the outbound instead of 3 days later. I realised within 2 minutes and phoned them. They said technically it couldn't be changed, but they would ask the airline and call me back. They didn't call. Three days later they emailed saying sorry, the airline refused to change the date. COMPLETE LIE. I had phoned the airline myself an hour after I phoned Last Minute, and the airline understood and changed the date, charging only the difference in fare and waiving the amendment fee. I will never ever use Last Minute again - I'll always use the airline direct in future.

We had a room booked in Orlando. When we got to the hotel they said LMT overbooked the rooms and they didn't have on available. I called LMT. The first person said the hotel had to fix it. The hotel said LMT had to. The next person I called said LMT would put me somewhere else. Two hours, and multiple calls later and no one did anything. I've never experienced anything like this. I had to find another, crappier room down the street (amazing LMT couldn't find it) that I paid twice as much for while my family slept in the car for hours. What a way to end a great day at Disney. If you want any confidence in your reservation don't go with these guys.

This company made it nearly impossible to cancel a reservation. My first and last time using their service I accidentally booked the room for the wrong date. When I returned home from my trip I attempted to email them to cancel my reservation after sitting on hold for 30 minutes on my lunch break at work. I never received a return email. I called today on my day off to again attempt to cancel my reservation. I was placed on hold for 45 minutes. When they answered they requested the last four digits of the credit card used for the reservation which I didn't have because it was my friend's card. I had to hang up and wait on hold for an additional 30 minutes and when I finally spoke to a representative they told me I was within penalty of the reservation because it was less than 24 hours of the reservation and nothing could be done. Now I am out $130 and I will never use this company again.

Worst travel company EVER. They are poorly available to help. Once I had a problem when they changed my flight so I couldn't get to my connection flight, I asked them for a refund cause i didn't accept the new schedule and they took 3 weeks to answer me, after me calling them 10 times to all the call centers in the world, writing them 5 emails, they finally answered me that they will refund me A PART of my flight AND they haven't done it yet... DO NOT buy with them

Good deal on the cruise I had. Friendly staff to help you when you need one
