Booked me a hotel that waS already over booked and can not get in contact with anyone about it go online and says email and reference number don't match

This company are a complete joke, you just cannot make contact with them, have tried on numerous occasions without success. I booked with them on 11/01/20 for flights to Cardiff, I have a ten digit booking reference no, they now ask you for a nine digit ref and your original ref.no is not recognised. I did receive a credit note against my original booking then received a new invoice dated 22/10/20.. I have a horrible feeling that I have been scammed, cannot make any headway through my bank either.. DO NOT USE THESE TRICKSTERS..

SCAM! Avoid this company completely, booked a holiday with lastMinute.com and our flights and hotel had both been cancelled yet lastMinute.com Decided not to tell us. I’ve been chasing up a refund and even received a fraudulent email saying that they had processed my refund back in December.. still no refund! After all the reviews I’ve accepted there probably won’t be any refund as they have now stopped taking calls. Terrible customer service that talk down to you, will never be using this company again.

Customer services completely unhelpful, conflicting information, wait 2 months for a refund on cancelled flights, now offered vouchers! Chargeback on its way!

i'm trying to contact this company for the refund and nothing. Tap Company have made the refund but bravofly (Same Company) don't send the money until today. THe number now doesn't work. Please give my money back!!!!!!!!!!!!

Still waiting for a refund from this summer they don’t have phones or email addresses avoid like the plague, they will cease trading soon.

I booked through lastminute in September 2019. The air company cancelled the ticket as I was not allowed to travel with my pet but anyway. It took me almost 4 months to get back my refund from Iceland Air. But guess what when they finally send the refund - it was transfered to the booking agent. I asked them many many times to give me my money back as I spent so much time and effort to get throught this. On March I get an email that I’m in some list and they will resolve this as soon as possible and the cases will be looked throght the day of departure, well my date was more than a year ago. Awful service been waiting since June unable to get through by phone. Sent many emails which come back. Now going through resolver and if no luck will take it further. Booked same flights as friends Turkish Airlines They booked direct got their refunds I booked through last minuite and no refund. Company has no customer service and is a shambles. Desperately need these funds back now so disappointed!
