I love the technicians/nurses but sometimes the front desk staff is a little too pushy with the promotions.

My experience with LaserAway licensed nurses has been beyond helpful, patient and kind! I've also noticed great results! As a African American woman I had serious reservations about laser hair removal and on my face of all places! I've heard and seen horror stories of women of color getting burned and scarred and that has not been my experience. The treatments for my chin area is about five mins and painless. I am going into my forth treatment and I have seem amazing results with lightening of ingrown scarring to removal of the embarrassing coarse chin hair. I wish I would have invested sooner and saved myself and my skin the heartache. I am considering getting a few other areas lasered as well.

This is the best place to have laser treatment. Every time I go, the staff is extremely friendly and kind. They offer drinks while waiting for your appointment, and always are sure to schedule your next appointment and set up reminders before you leave. The laser treatment goes by very quickly, and easily. The tech's go at your speed, if you want to blast through it they do it, or if you want to take a few breaks they will do that too. They have lots of experience and they know how to match the correct laser treatment to skin tone and ink density; very knowledgeable there and I have learned a lot about how the laser works and how the tattoo reacts. Great place to have work done. As well, pricing there is outstanding, I went to another place before LaserAway, and LaserAway is by far better quality, better customer service, and better pricing; they even have financing options. I would definitely recommend to a friend and use them again.

I have had great results doing laser hair removal and the Clear& Brilliant treatments at Laser Away in Scottsdale. The wonderful nurses and staff are always so friendly, professional, and efficient. The environment is very nice and comfortable. I highly recommend Laser Away.

I plan to share my opinions on yelp to help others not waste their money and time. I kept notes after each visit and am writing them up for review- Overall I spent almost $2,000.00 and did not fix the discoloration on my nose. Still the first thing people see when they look at me. Waste of money in an unprofessional and unsanitary place

Amazing service and staff! Love! But one thing that I think can totally be fixed is the fact we only have a 5 minute grace period and your appointment is canceled. Sucks when you live far.:(

I like laser away but my last two experience the lady didn’t ask if I wanted a numbing cream or what not. It wasn’t as friendly as I Hope.
