Um they were a little rude on the phone. I got a coupon for laser legs & on the consultation, i was asked why i want laser removal and I told him I was given a coupon so I checked out their website and all of a sudden armpits and Brazilian and a bunch of other shit was coming with it for free and I was just like really confused. It was just too much and the girl hung up really fast. It was just weird. It was just a little weird.

I have no complaints about the treatment itself or the staff's attitude, they have always been kind and pleasant. However, I do have serious concerns about how appointments are managed and the lack of consideration for clients' time. Mistakes can happen once, but this has happened multiple times. The first time, I booked an appointment through the app. My package includes full legs, underarms, and Brazilian, and the only option available in the app was to select the package. However, when I arrived for my appointment, I found out while already on the treatment table that only my underarms had been scheduled. I was told not to book through the app in the future. This was very frustrating, especially because it is already extremely difficult to find available appointment times. As a result, I had to come back for another appointment to complete the remaining areas, which disrupted my laser treatment schedule. The second time, I called to schedule my appointment and carefully confirmed all treatment areas. Despite that, the appointment was still entered incorrectly and only half-leg treatment was scheduled. Once again, I did not discover the error until I was already on the treatment table. The nurse informed me that she only had 15 minutes available and could not perform the full treatment. This was particularly frustrating because I had taken time off work to attend the appointment, knowing how difficult it is to secure an available slot. While everyone has been friendly and professional during treatment, repeatedly having appointments scheduled incorrectly is not acceptable. My time is valuable, and these recurring issues have caused significant inconvenience and disrupted my treatment progress. Because of these experiences, I would not feel comfortable recommending your services to friends or continuing with additional treatments in the future.

Omaha location was where I went, but I should have just kept my $1,000. Someone from Chicago was the person I consulted with who stated I needed two syringes of juvederm and 6 units of Botox. Unfortunately neither worked and I was left very disappointed. If you do not think treatment will work, do NOT encourage it. They also tried to sell me a micro needling package since this was a horror show for $3,500, but that will not happen. If you cannot do what you say you can do, please do not say anything at all. Don’t waste your money, see a certified plastic surgeon. These treatments are for young people who have zero clue what a wrinkle is and just like to throw money away.

Jenkinstown PA location. Great thing, plenty of parking. However, customer service was very poor when got there was quoted a different price other than what I was quoted over the phone. Then, I was told that the phone representatives are not experienced and just book appointment. I paid for a certain amount of units in advance because of the policy was told that I would get the same price. If I needed additional units as long as they were paid for before services were rendered. However, was not told that units had to be purchased in a certain bulk quality. When spoke to Oprah management, she was very rude and not shall I and said, well, we can just refund you. The only issue was that my refund was not going to be processed the same day as you take my money. The same day. And if I go somewhere else I would have to pay again and wait for the 7 to 10 business days to get my money back from you.I find that very unfair when it was misinformation that your company. In fact told me and I had the text messages to prove that. Front desk lady was nice. The nurse was very nice as well. However, I felt like she was either new or just uncomfortable because of everything that was going on. By the time she started injecting me, I notice her hands were shaking a little bit. And as I never experienced before, with my old injector it was a little bit more painful, my eyes started watering. I've never had that happen. Not taking anything from her. She was very nice and helped out a lot. I just would never recommend this company or go here again. The results in my opinion are okay. Not what I thought they would be considering the additional amount of units I had to purchase. I've been getting injections for a year and only recently had to change my injector due to her moving. I know everyone is different. Nobody shouldn't be too far off.

I've been happy with laser hair removal here, but when I went to a new location in Colorado, the folks who worked there pushed an RF Microneedling package hard. I signed up for a package, but the first session was extremely painful and left my face with little grid scars. Obviously I will never do that again, but they refuse to refund the remainder of my package. Very expensive, and now I am left with worse textured skin than when I started.

Colorado-Park Meadows location. If the treatments worked, then there wouldn't be the constant upsell to have one purchase additional services. I asked about a refund and was told I had no monetary value left on my account. I call fraud on this. Per the cost of service there was $525 of unused treatments. Rep, Logan claimed she (yes, female) spoke to her manager, but I doubt it as the establishment was still calling me to set up appointments. If she had spoken to them they would not have contacted me. Have a good lunch folks on my dime and sleep well. Notice they do not respond to any of these reviews on Trust Pilot

I initially chose this laser hair removal business because the social media hype and the initial sales consultants being friendly and convincing during my initial consultation who praised their services and made me feel confident about signing up. Unfortunately, that positive first impression didn’t last. The biggest disappointment has been the front desk staff and their customer service. Instead of focusing on making clients feel welcome and valued, they pressure you into buying additional services on the spot. It’s either buy now or nothing at all — and if you say no, the tone completely changes. The friendliness disappears, and suddenly you’re treated like you’re no longer important. That’s not the kind of atmosphere a professional business should foster. It’s also clear that many of the glowing reviews aren’t genuine. They push clients to leave five-star ratings in exchange for a free underarm treatment, which explains why their online reputation doesn’t reflect the actual experience. To be fair, some of the technicians are wonderful—kind, patient, and skilled, and they make the sessions much more comfortable (like Lisa who isn't with them anymore). But others have such nasty, unprofessional attitudes that I honestly feel they shouldn’t be working in this industry at all. Consistency is everything in a service business, and sadly, this place doesn’t deliver it. Overall, while there are a few gems on their team, the pushy sales tactics, poor front desk service, and inconsistent technicians outweigh the positives. I regret committing to them and would strongly encourage anyone considering this place to proceed with caution.
