I was taken in on time. The place is modern, clean and has all the latest equipments. There is no sales pressure what so ever. Kim was very informative telling me all my needs and was extremely professional.

The workers are really nice and have a positive attitude.

Always prompt and caring... realistic in their estimates of the number of treatments needed.

I absolutely love this place! Everyone is so accommodating and friendly. I've sent all of my friends there. I think the lady that helped me was Veronica and she was amazing. Definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Scheduling was difficult. They made me schedule for a block of time that was over an hour yet treatments for me only took 15 to 20 minutes. A couple of the technicians rushed through my treatments. The effectiveness of the treatment varied. I went through three or four where I really noticed no difference.

They seem great to get you in the door as a client, but are inflexible with scheduling appointments. I needed to 1 appointment and they seemed unmoved and uncaring. As for the treatments I haven't had enough to decide if they're working or not.

Always a different report and false promise. Obviously sales-y which is fine and expected. I joined during a sale event where I got a free bonus session. They had high expectations for the areas I wanted treated - underarms, upper lip, and chin. Every single time I went I had a different technician which would have been fine except they always did a slightly different area (parts of my chin only got half the treatment as other parts). They also were never clear on where I was in my sessions. And it was a constant "oh how are things looking? oh they look good here. yup, I'm sure you'll see even better results last time" until at the last session where they told me I'd definitely need a follow up package. Difficult to book; always made to feel like I was a hassle. And then when I'd be in the waiting room or was trying to check out/make a new appointment, I'd get hounded about spending more money with them on the rest of my imperfections, especially my face. They never wrote down the free bonus session I'd and claimed that I wasn't qualified to get it. This of course was just after being told by the technician that I had 3 more sessions. Not sure what report she had been reading but it certainly wasn't the same one the girl at the front desk was reading. Overall, I only got about 50% hair loss despite being an ideal candidate and following all the recommendations, guidelines, and time between appointments. I will most likely get more treatments to try and finish the areas, but I seriously doubt I will do it with Laser Away based on how they always made me feel. I would probably have been more prone to their other treatments had they made it feel more like my suggestion. This stuff is crazy expensive for me and definitely a luxury, and I hated feeling like I had to spend thousands of dollars just to look decent enough to step outside their door.

Great place, excellent quality service. Often try to up-sell you or offer you other products, but they always offer wonderful, prompt services.
