I have really enjoyed my treatments and I am very impressed with the outcome so far. I always look forward to when my next session will be as I notice improvements every time.

The laser treatments were great and the staff was so kind. As for cool sculpting it was a different situation. They provided false advertisement. I made sure I asked questions and was told to get up to 25 percent of results. I was left with a 5 percent difference and a weird look to my arm as the results were only in that specific area in which they applied the tiny cool sculpting cup device. When I expressed my dissatisfaction I received a quick decline via email without a call or a chance to elaborate on the situation. Honestly, for the price of over a thousand dollars, I can say this is a scam.

Professional staff. Excellent results

I can’t knock their lasers, their’s are top of the line. Like anything else, especially re: your body, do your research and look around. See what equipment/machines are used, compare prices, etc., if their equipment is what you’re looking for, great, use LaserAway. If you find the same/comparable, then I suggest you opt for the other. I’m all about quality of tech AnD quality of care - the two go hand and hand for me. LaserWay has such poor customer service *sigh*, like they have laser-up-the-derrière drills that wipe away the friendly, and requesting/getting the same tech was like pulling teeth out of a sharks mouth, virtually impossible. Even when I’d ask to be scheduled with, “blah zay blah”, they’d say, “Okay!”, and I’d come into my appointment and have, “plew dee plip”. (Insert eye roll) I couldn’t wait until my prepaid sessions were up. The last session? I gleefully skipped away without so much as a glance back! Buh bye, Laserway ...buh bye. But! Like I said, if you don’t care about smiling faces and consistency, have at it! Their laser tech is spot on. I think you could find better pricing, though, too. Way better. So look. Good Luck!

Laser Away at the Castro location always has very friendly staff to help make you feel welcome and comfortable. Each technician is very professional and makes you feel comfortable during your appointment and after. Love this place!!

Pleasant place with friendly staff and good customer service.

Amazing customer service. The ladies at the front desk are friendly and very knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and made me feel welcomed. All the ladies that I have had my laser hair removal appointments have been nothing but great! They made me feel very comfortable at every visit. I've had 6 appointments and all of my unwanted hair is pretty much gone!
