Great team, feels very safe and clean - the only reason I wouldn't give it 5 stars is due to the prices.

I did not feel comfortable when I went for my IPL treatments. I had never had one before and wasn’t 100% sure what to expect. I had a different person each time, they didn’t explain much to me, they were very indifferent and I felt they rushed to get me out. No one ever talked to me about further treatments or other treatments they offer. Probably was treated different since I was using a groupon. But if they want repeat customers they need to do a much better job!! The linens on the bed didn’t look they were changed much. The person who did my last treatment was very old, and her hands were shaking. Not very comforting when she’s got a hot laser in her hand! I would not recommend this facility.

It was only my first session so I will have to review again later. It didn’t work at all, and it seemed really quick and sloppy

Everyone there was friendly and professional and very helpful. Unfortunately I did not see much results from my procedure and would not waste my time or money again.

I have actually had a somewhat positive experience with LaserAway. I purchased the Black Card that gives you $7,500 in store credit that is financed (you pay $5,000) over two years. Here is more info - Staff/Nurses - I have had good experiences with the staff and nurses. I agree that some are more thorough than others - some will massage your injection area, give you ice packs, etc. and others will just do the injection, clean it and send you on your way. The first time I had my lips done here the nurse did not ice or numb my lips and the pain was terrible. She actually had to stop because I was moving around. The next time a different nurse did them and she used numbing cream, ice and this buzzing tool and my experience was MUCH better. I have had good interactions with the front desk and scheduling. No issues there. Cost - I would say that even with the Black Card a patient can go through the $7,500 quickly! I had one unit of filler put into each of my cheeks and that was around $2,000. Then lips - $650/syringe times two syringes = $1,300 so $3,300 just in one setting. I do think that the products are priced higher than some other salons in the area. You do have to pace yourself and ultimately not have all of the services done that you'd like to be done if you want to have the $7,500 last for two years. Overall - I'd say my rating is a 3.5. Good in some areas and there could be improvements in other areas.
