VERY DISAPPOINTED IN SCHEDULING OF…
VERY DISAPPOINTED IN SCHEDULING OF APPOINTMENTS. SEEMS LIKE THERE IS ALWAYS DOUBLE BOOKING, I HAVE TO WAIT, OR I AM CALLED TO COME IN LATER OR EARLIER THAN MY APPOINTMENT BECAUSE OF DOUBLE BOOKING. THEN IF I AM LATE 5 MIN, I AM NOT SEEN AND ASKED TO RETURN WEEKS LATER BECAUSE THERE ARE NO APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE. (I WAS LATE ONLY ONCE BUT I HAVE HAD TO WAIT SEVERAL TIMES, AND HAVE BEEN CALLED TO CHANGE MY APPOINTMENT SEVERAL TIMES, EVEN ON SAME DAY OF APPOINTMENT)

Disappointed
I was told by a laseraway representative that I am a perfect candidate for laser hair removal(because I have dark thick hair and light colored skin). I was told that I will see 10-15% hair reduction with each session. And I will have about 60-85% hair reduction after I am finished with all my sessions. That never happened... I followed all the rules about avoiding the sun, antibiotics, only shaving etc...I attended my sessions for a year and a half. After paying $5000 and attending 8 or 9 sessions of Laser hair removal.I see about 20-25% hair reduction in some areas. What a disappointment ,I have to go back to waxing every few weeks or shaving every day.I have think dark hair everywhere. After I wasted $5000 and 16 months. I am very unhappy with Laser Away,wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Horrible Customer Service
The UWS location in NewYork has such poor customer service. I have had my appointments changed/cancelled on me last minute (few hours before) several times. The place gets booked up weeks in advance so I can never find a convenient rescheduled time and end up missing treatments. The staff has made mistakes with the time of my appointment and treatment areas in their system numerous times. When you ask them to fix it, they seem annoyed at you. I can’t wait to be done with my treatments so I never have to go into this place again.

They stole my money
They stole my money, $1k they've had for over a year now... I was actually NOT a candidate for cool sculpting bc my " fat" was actually skin. ( The nurse was not going to lie to me like their sales reps. Corporate has said they are sending me a check a dozen times now. AND They upsold me from what I needed twice only to spend for treatment's I didn't need (clear and brilliant) and end up still buying my initial treatment ( ipl) that's what I originally came for and paid for. they lied and said they were waiting on a new machine that was better for my skin type only to find out that this "new " machine was the same machine they had since the day they opened.. smh. I need my refund still!

Staff was great but...
Staff was great and after my 1st treatment I saw very good results. After my 2nd and 3rd treatment, I didn’t see any.
