Very helpful and fun

Laseraway is a mostly positive experience. Unfortunately, the level of service is not consistent each time I go. Sometimes I’ll get a technician who is very thorough, offers ice packs, asks how the process is going and tells me each step of the laser treatment. Others seem to rush through it and don’t walk me through the appointment so I can ice each area properly. I also haven’t seen results at this point in the laser process (5 appointments in) that I thought I would see a.

Their scheduling is a majority of the time messed up. They use a texting system to confirm appts and there was one time it cancelled my appt when I confirmed it. Another time the text had a different time scheduled than what I had scheduled. Some of the nurses don’t know all their information or they don’t let you know you can’t do more than one service at a time. Example, I had a clear and brilliant facial done and wanted juvederm. They didn’t tell me until I was sitting in the room about to get juvederm, that I had to wait two weeks after a laser facials to get juvederm. I had told their sales rep I wanted it before a trip. Once I got juvederm, the first nurse did a horrible job. She left a big lump on my left side of my lip. I understand lumps are normally but these lumps were due to the product not being injected evenly. I went in a second time to get the rest of the syringe and the second nurses try fixing the bad job. She even indirectly said the nurse did not do a good job.

The customer service here does not meet my expectations for the amount of time and money I have spent to invest in myself. Its awkward when nurses do not really connect with you. Its more like get the job done and they leave, not very inviting. It's the feeling like when you go get your car washed on a Saturday. You know, rushed to get your car in and out quickly for the next person to go in. No interaction or connection what so ever. Just another customer, even though we are reoccurring customers like myself. I'm on a laser removal package and have to return every 4-6 weeks which is difficult to do...... Its extremely difficult to schedule appointments. There is not diverse availability to schedule appointments after work or on the weekends. What' s really frustrating for me is that I have to schedule all my appointments almost 3 months in ADVANCE and be following up to secure a scheduled appt. I also have had a couple of incidents where I ask to schedule a day or certain time and I show up, and find out someone that my appt was not scheduled or scheduled on a different date. Rescheduling is also nightmare. I believe Laser Away meets my satisfaction with hair removal results but, it really sucks that the customer service and communication does not. I'd love a balance of them both! I'm ok with the results from this place but unfortunately, I would not recommend a friend here. It is not worth it to me to invest in a place where they don't care about you.

17 treatments and I still have hair on my face. Im giving two stars because the service providers are nice and front desk staff is helpful.

The facility is very clean and upscale..The Brazilian laser is the best thing I'm doing for myself..The staff is awesome, with good positive vibes and well trained in their job descriptions.
